Eldercare is growing and hiring for two exciting positions: Events Coordinator & Database Coordinator

Events Coordinator

Are you a natural relationship-builder with a passion for community, healthcare, and impact-driven work? Eldercare Foundation is looking for a dynamic Events Coordinator to help plan and deliver inspiring educational seminars, engaging community events, and impactful fundraising initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, community organizations, and donors
  • Plan and execute events that educate, inspire, and connect
  • Support communications and outreach to grow our audience and impact
  • Recruit and lead volunteers who make our events possible
  • Help evaluate and improve our programs through data and feedback
  • Contribute to meaningful donor engagement and program support

You’ll also be a welcoming face of Eldercare, representing us at events and helping create memorable experiences for our community. If you’re organized, people-focused, and excited to make a difference in seniors’ care, we’d love to hear from you.

Database Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about making a difference behind the scenes? Eldercare is looking for a Database Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves turning data into meaningful impact.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Maintain and optimize our donor database (Raiser’s Edge), ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Process donations and generate tax receipts with precision and care
  • Keep records clean, organized, and up to date through regular data maintenance
  • Build reports, lists, and insights that power campaigns and decision-making
  • Manage online donation and event registration forms
  • Track fundraising results and support strategic planning
  • Assist with event data, registration tracking, and reporting
  • Support donor relations and ensure every contribution is properly recognized

Your work will help ensure every donor interaction is captured, every gift is acknowledged, and every campaign is backed by reliable data. If you’re highly organized, analytical, and motivated by meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.
