Eldercare Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information entrusted to us by our donors, volunteers, program participants, website visitors, and other supporters.

We collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and in keeping with Canada’s PIPEDA fair information principles. Personal information which is collected will only be used by authorized staff to fulfil the purpose for which it was originally collected, or for a use consistent with that purpose. We do not disclose your information to any other public bodies or individuals except as authorized by law. We keep the information only for the length of time necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it was collected.

Communications Preferences

Eldercare Foundation may send newsletters, fundraising appeals, event invitations, impact reports, and other communications to
individuals who have provided consent or where otherwise permitted by law.

We respect your right to choose the communications you receive from us, or to be removed from our mailing list, at any time.
