Improving Care for Vancouver Island Seniors

Dr. Amy Salmon reveals insights based on her current research to improve care for Island seniors. Dr. Salmon is the inaugural Distinguished Scholar in Seniors Care, supported in part by Eldercare Foundation. Her five-year research project focuses primarily on rural and remote communities and is embedded at The Views, Canada’s first public long-term care village based on the concept of a dementia village.
