Eldercare helps seniors to age in place through supporting special in-home equipment to help seniors continue living independently, respite care, and community programs like Adult Day Programs (ADP). ADPs provides vital social connection for seniors in the community and an opportunity for their caregivers to rest and recharge.
For decades, Eldercare has supported several ADPs, including on in the West Shore. Meet Pauline and George, who has dementia and been attending the West Shore ADP for several years.
