Rooted in nature and the rhythms of seasonal change\, TCM offers practical guidance for adapting your diet and lifestyle to the seasons\, climate\, and your unique state of health and vitality. \nThis session is led by Dr. Berte Marr\, a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine with more than 30 years of study\, clinical practice\, and public education experience. Since beginning her training in 1992\, Dr. Marr has completed advanced clinical internships and studies at university hospitals in Guangzhou\, Chengdu\, and Nanjing\, China\, and has received specialized training in renowned acupuncture systems\, including Master Tung’s and Jin’s Three-Point therapies. \nA passionate educator and advocate for Traditional Chinese Medicine\, Dr. Marr has contributed to public television programming\, professional publications\, and the advancement of TCM education in British Columbia.
