DESCRIPTION:Dryness\, discomfort\, bladder urgency\, and recurrent urinary tract infections become increasingly common with age\, yet many older adults are unaware that these symptoms may be linked to Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM). Left untreated\, symptoms often worsen over time rather than resolve on their own\, and can lead to increased UTI frequency\, pain with intimacy\, disrupted sleep\, and reduced quality of life. \nJoin this session led by Dr. Taylor Thurston\, ND to learn what GSM is\, why it develops after menopause\, and how hormonal changes affect vaginal and urinary health as we age.
