You’ll learn how to prevent common injuries\, recognize early warning signs\, and reduce complications before they start—through clear\, practical guidance designed to strengthen confidence and support healthier aging. \nThe session is led by Lesley Leedam\, a Licensed Practical Nurse\, certified Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (SWAN)\, and Advanced Foot Care Nurse. With more than three decades of experience in health care\, Lesley has consistently recognized a significant gap in prevention focused education for older adults and caregivers. She is passionate about empowering people with the knowledge they need to stay healthier\, safer\, and more comfortable as they age.
